Diet pills, diet books, diet foods! The diet could be one of the most marketed products known to man. But here on this blog we do have a real solution. We’ve all seen the “eat and still lose weight” offers but they seem very contradictory. However, with some understanding of eating healthy and eating the right foods you can see that losing weight can be very easy. And there are actually ways to lose more when you eat more. We don’t want to send you out to the pharmacy to get the latest red hot diet pill to lose weight. These pills can be very toxic to the body and cause some serious side effects. I’m going to outline a simple idea that has been used by many people to lose weight:
Negative Calorie Foods! Believe it or not, there are many foods that actually take more calories to eat, digest and otherwise process than is contained in them. For example, celery contains so very little caloric value that simply chewing the celery releases more energy from the body than it gives you. These foods, when eaten in bulk or in a salad can help you lose weight and stay nutritionally healthy. Healthy does go beyond weight however, you can be the perfect weight but still be as unhealthy as someone who is obese. Health comes from nutritional wellbeing, big macs and sodas do not have the kind of vitamins and minerals your body needs. That being said these foods in the following list will provide the nutrition your body needs and also help you lose weight. Consider these foods in your daily meals to help balance out you caloric intake. Adding a few celery stalks to a meal is a good way to keep yourself full and lose weight. Carrots also make a great after lunch snack and are also negative calorie. Here is a complete list of negative calorie foods. asparagus beet broccoli green cabbage carrot
cauliflower celery root celery chicory hot chili peppers
cucumber dandelion endive garden cress garlic
green beans zucchini apple cranberries grapefruit lemon mango orange pineapple raspberries strawberries tangerine lettuce onion papaya radishes spinach turnip
